The card on the right always holds one clear next move, who will do it and roughly how long it takes. Press ▶ Run next task and the agent's work streams live in Working now. Refreshing the page will not lose a task that is mid-run.

Use "Ask a question or assign a task" and write it in plain language — any wording, any language ("add a pricing page in GBP", "find 20 leads in Berlin"). The platform works out which specialist should handle it and runs it. Long, detailed instructions reach the agent in full — nothing is summarised away.

✨ Suggest tasks plans a balanced batch across the team. Anything you disagree with can be dismissed with ✕, and you can say why — your agents learn from it and stop proposing that kind of work.

The Latest result card shows what was produced, formatted, without leaving the dashboard. Knowledge holds everything: the actual files your agents created, your uploaded documents, and the complete result of every task — readable, copyable and downloadable.

This is the main action for a new company — it's highlighted automatically until your app exists.

A complete React (Vite) frontend and a Python FastAPI backend tailored to your mission — with authentication, a dashboard, and a database schema fully isolated to your company. Dashboards fetch real data from your backend, never fake numbers.

Describe one change in plain language — e.g. "change the button color to blue" or "add a phone field to the signup form".

One focused change per edit works best. Every edit is applied surgically — only the exact lines that match your instruction are touched, so the rest of your app is never affected.

Click the 🕘 (Build History) icon to see the last versions of your app and restore any of them with one click — the current version stays in history too.

When a task needs Gmail, LinkedIn, Slack, GitHub or similar, you are told the exact app and why. You log in on the app's own website — we never see or store your password.

This is the important one. Connecting an app only lets your agents prepare an action. Anything that would post, send or change something in your real account is queued for you and runs only after you approve that specific action. Approving one post does not approve the next.

The 🔌 Integrations panel lists every connection your agents hold, when it was established, and a revoke button for each. Tokens are stored encrypted and used only for actions you approved.

Bring your own Model Context Protocol servers (with optional Bearer auth) and choose which departments get them — so Sales, Research or Marketing each have exactly the tools they should, and nothing they shouldn't.

Open 🧠 Preferences and give each department its own standing instructions — brand voice for Marketing, your ideal customer for Sales, coding conventions for the Coder. A shared "All agents" tab applies to everyone.

Your instructions are injected as highest-priority guidance that agents follow over their generic defaults. A green dot marks every department you've configured.

If you told us you already have a site, the platform reads and analyses it — what your business does, your audience, your stack — and folds that into your agents' context, so they build on top of what you have instead of rebuilding a landing page you already own.

In ⚙️ Settings → Communication Reports, pick how often we email you a company report: off, daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly or annual.

Daily reports are always recorded. Higher frequencies roll them up — daily → weekly → monthly → quarterly → annual — summing signups, traffic, revenue and shipped work, while every single day stays on record so you can trace exactly when something changed.

Open 📜 Activity history to see every task the company has ever run — newest first, with status and full results — even after the task list has moved on.

Found top-right of the dashboard. Once on, your agents automatically propose and run new tasks on a recurring schedule — no manual clicking required.

A brand-new company only has a landing page — Autopilot will keep planning and building toward a full product before it has much else to act on. Build your app first for the most useful results.

Every autonomous task still appears in your history for review, and you can switch Autopilot off instantly whenever you want manual control back.

Click the credits pill in your toolbar to open a full usage log — what each action spent, on which company, and whether you or Autopilot triggered it. Open ⚙️ Manage → 🗄️ App database to browse your app's real tables — who registered, orders, everything it stored. ⬇️ Export all data gives a one-click full export: tasks, results, notes, leads, brand kit, code and your app's own database.

Delete a company or your whole account anytime. The database row is removed immediately; generated-site artifacts within minutes; residual backup copies within 90 days.

Data location (EU), sub-processors, retention and your GDPR/CCPA rights are all documented — no fine print, no surprises.
