1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or using Agentica (the "Service") at astarlabshub.com, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. The Service

Agentica provides AI "agents" that plan, generate and operate software products and business workflows on your behalf, including generating websites and application code, running marketing/research/sales tasks, and — where you connect them — acting in third-party tools. The Service is under active development; features may change. An open-source, self-hostable version is also available under its own license.

3. Accounts

You sign in via Google or GitHub. You are responsible for maintaining access to those accounts and for activity under your Agentica account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to: break the law; infringe others' rights; send spam or unlawful communications; generate malware, phishing, or content that is deceptive, harassing, or harmful; violate the terms of connected third-party services; attempt to breach or overload our infrastructure; or process personal data of others without a lawful basis. We may suspend accounts that do these things.

5. Autonomous agents — your responsibility

Agentica's agents can act automatically, including in "autopilot" mode and through integrations you connect (e.g. sending email, pushing code, publishing posts). You are responsible for the actions your agents take on your behalf and for reviewing outputs before relying on them. We provide approval gates and the ability to pause autopilot; we recommend using them for sensitive actions. Agents are probabilistic and can make errors, produce inaccurate content, or misinterpret instructions.

6. Your content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of the content you provide and of the code and outputs the Service generates for you. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process and deliver the Service (including sending your data to the sub-processors listed in our Privacy Policy). We do not use your company content to train AI models. Agentica's own software, branding and site are owned by us (the open-source components remain under their respective licenses).

7. Billing, credits and refunds

Paid plans and credit packs are billed as described at checkout, processed by Stripe. Lifetime/AppSumo licenses are governed additionally by the terms of that purchase. Credits and plan limits reset per the cycle shown in your account. You can cancel any time; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current period. Statutory refund rights are unaffected.

8. Third-party services

When you connect apps (Gmail, GitHub, Stripe, etc.) or select an AI model provider, your use of those services is also subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services, and their availability or changes may affect Service functionality.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that agent outputs will be accurate or suitable for your purposes.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or €100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or to protect the Service or other users. Before you leave, you can export your data (see the Privacy Policy). If we discontinue the hosted Service, we will give reasonable notice and keep export available.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of Spain have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.

13. Changes & contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date and, where appropriate, notified by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Questions: [email protected].
